The Independent Health and Aged Care Pricing Authority (IHACPA) undertake cost
collections to gain a greater understanding of the resources used to deliver aged care services and how much they cost.
IHACPA’s cost collections allow aged care pricing advice to be developed for the Minister of Health and Aged Care that reflects contemporary cost structures, changes in costs overtime and care delivery models.
