Refundable Accommodation Deposit (RAD) Approval Application Form

Use this form to apply for approval to charge a RAD (or equivalent daily amount) that is more than the current maximum accommodation payment amount.
- Prior to 1 January 2025, you will not need approval from IHACPA to advertise or charge RAD amounts up to the maximum accommodation payment amount of $550,000.
- From 1 January 2025, you will not need approval from IHACPA to advertise or charge RAD amounts up to the new maximum accommodation payment amount of $750,000.

Supplementary form for additional accommodation groups
Use the main application form to record the information for accommodation groups 1 – 6. Use this form only to record information for accommodation group number 7 and onwards. See the supplementary form.
