Pricing Framework for Australian Public Hospital Services 2022–23

The Pricing Framework for Australian Public Hospital Services 2022–23 (the Pricing Framework) is the key strategic document underpinning the national efficient price and national efficient cost for the 2022–23 financial year.

The Independent Hospital Pricing Authority (IHPA) has published the Pricing Framework prior to releasing the National Efficient Price Determination and National Efficient Cost Determination for 2022–23 in April 2022, with the intention of providing an additional layer of transparency and accountability to IHPA’s pricing decisions.
